Strays World Shelter is a small, passionate, non-profit dog shelter located at West, Kheri Road, Bhanauta, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201311. We are dedicated to rescuing abandoned, injured, and sick stray dogs, providing them shelter, medical care, rehabilitation, and finding them loving forever homes.

2. Use of Website

This website is intended to provide information about our rescue work, adoption process, donations, and awareness about animal welfare. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Donations

All donations made through this website or via WhatsApp/QR code are voluntary and non-refundable. Your donations directly support food, medical treatment, vaccinations, surgeries, and shelter for rescued stray dogs.

We are a small shelter running on public support. We strive to use funds transparently for the welfare of the animals. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome or timeline for the use of funds.

4. Adoption Process

Adoption of dogs from Strays World Shelter is subject to our adoption screening process. We evaluate every adopter to ensure the dog goes to a safe, loving, and responsible home.

• Adopter must be above 18 years of age.
• A home visit or verification may be required.
• We encourage sterilization of adopted dogs (unless medically not advised).
• Adoption is free or nominal, but adopters are expected to cover basic vaccination/transport costs if applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse adoption if we feel the environment is not suitable for the dog.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, stories, and content on this website are the property of Strays World Shelter or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Strays World Shelter and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any adoption/donation activity.

We do not guarantee that every rescued dog will find a home or that medical treatment will always succeed, as we deal with real street animals with varying conditions.
